Beta service

TestCELPIP provides independently created preparation resources and beta practice experiences. Features and content may change, be added, corrected, or removed while the service is being developed.

Independent preparation

TestCELPIP is an independent CELPIP preparation platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or operated by Prometric, Paragon Testing Enterprises Inc., or the CELPIP program. All practice material and score estimates on this site are unofficial and independently created. The service is not an official test, registration service, score report, legal service, or immigration advice service.

CELPIP is a protected trademark. TestCELPIP uses the name only to describe the test for which the independent materials are intended and does not use official CELPIP logos or partner badges. See the Sources and Attributions page for the current trademark and rights references.

Your account and content

You are responsible for the information and Writing responses submitted through your account. Do not submit unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not share access to your account or use the service to disrupt, probe, or misuse its systems.

Memberships and prices

A free account includes one full mock exam, sample questions across all four skills, and 5 AI Writing evaluations. The free evaluations are a one-time allowance for the lifetime of the account, not a recurring one.

Paid memberships are offered at the following prices, in Canadian dollars:

• Pro — $6.99 CAD per week
• Pro — $14.99 CAD per month
• Pro Plus — $34.99 CAD every 3 months (save 22% versus paying monthly for three months)

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars before you buy. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout and may be added to the amounts above.

Who you are buying from

Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record. Polar is the seller for the transaction: it processes the payment, issues the invoice, and is responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax on your purchase. Your bank or card statement will show Polar rather than TestCELPIP.

TestCELPIP does not receive or store your card number or other payment credentials. We receive confirmation that a subscription exists, which plan it is for, and when its billing period ends, so that your account can be given the right access.

Automatic renewal

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. A weekly membership renews every week, a monthly membership every month, and a three-month membership every three months.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your profile. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling partway through a period does not shorten your access and does not by itself create a refund.

What a paid membership includes

Paid membership includes access to published practice sets and mock exams without the free-plan limits, performance analytics, progress tracking, and AI Writing feedback up to 100 evaluations in any rolling 30-day period.

That ceiling exists so the service stays available and affordable for everyone. It is not an unlimited allowance and we do not describe it as one. If you reach it, the allowance frees up again as your earlier evaluations pass the 30-day mark, and the rest of your membership keeps working in the meantime.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of a purchase, provided the membership is unused: that means no AI Writing evaluation has been used and no mock exam has been completed on the paid plan during that time.

Refunds are issued by Polar as merchant of record. Ask through the contact page and we will arrange it.

Two cases sit outside that window. If you are charged twice for the same membership, we will refund the duplicate in full, whenever you notice it. And if a fault on our side stopped you using something you had paid for, tell us and we will refund you regardless of the 14 days.

Price changes

We may change prices. If the price of a plan you hold changes, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to one of your renewals, so that you can cancel first if you would rather. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Practice feedback

Writing feedback is AI-assisted educational guidance. It is not an official CELPIP score, does not guarantee a result, and should not be the only basis for an immigration, education, employment, or other high-stakes decision. Paying for a membership does not change this: it buys more practice, not a more accurate or more official score.

Changes and availability

We may change or suspend beta features when necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service. These terms may be updated by posting a revised version on this page. If a change materially affects a paid membership you hold, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
